Relaxing is easy in this quiet home over looking Morro Bay.  Nestled up against the hills in Morro Bay, this three bedroom 2.5 bath home has plenty of space and fantastic views.  The upstairs has an open layout starting  in the living room with a modern fireplace and large screen television.  A gourmet kitchen with large island and modern appliances is adjacent to the living room and dining room and all open up to sliding glass windows that access a large balcony with incredible views and a barbecue grill.  Also upstairs is a guest bathroom before heading down the hall to a large master bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet.  

The downstairs has two bedrooms that both open up to a large balcony with steps down to the yard.  The first bedroom has a king sized bed and the last bedroom has two twin beds.  These bedrooms share a bathroom at the end of the hall with a tiled bath and shower.
